For issues with inflamed, congested skin or insect bites, dilute appropriately to help soothe areas of concern. When blended with other essential oils, German Chamomile comes in handy to help fight off symptoms that come with seasonal allergies.
Aromatic – Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical – Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier.
