Add Basil Essential Oil to a carrier oil to help relieve tense muscles brought on by stress. Or diffuse it to help fight off groggy feelings caused by the occasional cold.
Aromatic: Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 3.3% in a carrier.
